Cristiano Messi scored 0-7 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cauã Faria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Cristiano Messi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauã Faria. Tere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Messi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Tere's Cauã Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by González Speed in the 39th minute of play. Cauã Faria didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Messi went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the match, Cristiano Messi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauã Faria. Tere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Messi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. 47 minutes into the game, Cristiano Messi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Cauã Faria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Valério de Alcântara made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Elpidio Espiridion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corinthians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Espiridion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elpidio Espiridion received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cauã Faria came out and tried to block the shot, but Elpidio Espiridion slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 55th minute. After 58 minutes of play, Corinthians's Elpidio Espiridion made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cauã Faria was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elpidio Espiridion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Cauã Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Elpidio Espiridion left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corinthians fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. Cauã Faria was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elpidio Espiridion showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-15 in the 72 minute of play. Elpidio Espiridion scored 0-16 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cauã Faria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Elpidio Espiridion took a quick shot and it went in 0-17 without a chance for Cauã Faria to make any attempt to save it. Elpidio Espiridion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Tere's Cauã Faria got control of the ball when Elpidio Espiridion tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Corinthians's Elpidio Espiridion slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cauã Faria. That made the score 0-19 after 93 minutes of play. After 98th play minutes Elpidio Espiridion shot 0-20, a short shot which went by Cauã Faria and just under the crossbar into goal. When the final whistle sounded Corinthians left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tere.
