The audience was convinced that Thor Grøtting's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adriano Lago was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Adriano Lago made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Thor Grøtting sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th match minute, BENACHIOS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Tepedino to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind BENACHIOS F.C's goalkeeper Zé Carlos Luz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Laércio Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the JupiterGT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laércio Mazza couldn't finish the play. Adriano Lago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Tepedino in the 13th minute. 18 minutes into the match, BENACHIOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio Mazza came free, but Zé Carlos Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Carlos Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laércio Mazza in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Thor Grøtting made a precise shot to the right of Adriano Lago. JupiterGT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by BENACHIOS F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Laércio Mazza was slow to take the kick. During this time JupiterGT's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Laércio Mazza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BENACHIOS F.C's Zé Carlos Luz did a great save. Zé Carlos Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinei Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Zé Carlos Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laércio Mazza in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Laércio Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Carlos Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Carlos Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laércio Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Thor Grøtting in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adriano Lago, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laércio Mazza in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Carlos Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Falcão Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Adriano Lago stood somewhat misplaced when Thor Grøtting came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 43 minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laércio Mazza to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes BENACHIOS F.C got a freekick which was hit by Noel Nóbrega. Laércio Mazza struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Zé Carlos Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JupiterGT. 68 minutes into the game, Claudinei Queiroz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Adriano Lago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. BENACHIOS F.C's Claudinei Sá was substituted for Ismael Tepedino. 73 minutes into the match, 张剑德 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adriano Lago. JupiterGT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 张剑德 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Adriano Lago came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by BENACHIOS F.C's 张剑德. But to his dismay, 张剑德 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Adriano Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 张剑德, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 85 minutes JupiterGT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 龙冰政 who took care of the corner kick. In the 86th match minute, BENACHIOS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdo Negri to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Thor Grøtting shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Falcão Pontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the JupiterGT players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BENACHIOS F.C.
