Hendrik-Jan Brugmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilien Vaslin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Luís Gustavo Pimenta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fiori Furlan. LRCA Office Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Gustavo Pimenta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 16th match minute, AÇAÍ SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Papo to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes, LRCA Office Club's Gustavino Gómez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hendrik-Jan Brugmans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LRCA Office Club reached it. After a rather tough play, AÇAÍ SA's Gorka Jordo got a free kick in the 17th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, Toke Chute managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LRCA Office Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toke Chute was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in LRCA Office Club's zone, Luís Gustavo Pimenta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fiori Furlan came out of the goal and Luís Gustavo Pimenta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilien Vaslin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to LRCA Office Club getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Antolin Alcaraz hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximilien Vaslin in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hendrik-Jan Brugmans saved AÇAÍ SA from getting behind. In the 36th minute Arnaldo Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik-Jan Brugmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliézer Leite's late challenge caught a AÇAÍ SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliézer Leite helped the player get up and apologised. 38 minutes into the game, one of LRCA Office Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 39 minutes, AÇAÍ SA's Dino Siqueira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fiori Furlan. Fiori Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabirel Jesus in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, AÇAÍ SA's Dino Siqueira got a free kick in the 42nd minute. AÇAÍ SA's Hendrik-Jan Brugmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximilien Vaslin in the 44th minute of play. LRCA Office Club's Fiori Furlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save LRCA Office Club from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnaldo Mota stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fiori Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabirel Jesus in the 54th minute of the match. LRCA Office Club's Hermínio de Salles was substituted for Eliézer Leite. In the 59th minute AÇAÍ SA were awarded a corner. Dino Siqueira went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led AÇAÍ SA's Dino Siqueira to fire away a dangerous shot which Fiori Furlan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Caetano Eger put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of AÇAÍ SA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LRCA Office Club:s goal. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauã Siqueira in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Maximilien Vaslin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik-Jan Brugmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cauã Siqueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Hendrik-Jan Brugmans made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Papo in the 82nd minute of play forced LRCA Office Club's goalkeeper Fiori Furlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximilien Vaslin in the 84th minute of the match. Hendrik-Jan Brugmans came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by LRCA Office Club's Maximilien Vaslin. But to his dismay, Maximilien Vaslin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Jonas Messias struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Fiori Furlan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AÇAÍ SA. AÇAÍ SA's Hendrik-Jan Brugmans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save AÇAÍ SA from getting a goal against them. The supporters of LRCA Office Club booed when AÇAÍ SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Gustavo Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximilien Vaslin scored 2-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hendrik-Jan Brugmans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 97 minutes into the match, AÇAÍ SA's goal looked a bit too open when Cauã Siqueira came free, but Hendrik-Jan Brugmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 98 played minutes AÇAÍ SA got a freekick which was hit by Dino Siqueira. The LRCA Office Club players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented AÇAÍ SA from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
