André Azevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rubens Vale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Azevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. André Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Rubens Vale made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Azevedo got free with Rubens Vale in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. André Azevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rubens Vale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Azevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. Rubens Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Azevedo in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Rubens Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palestrinos F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
