The wind increased when Jeremias Moreira made the kick off in the second half. Túlio Veiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Jacinto Loureiro made a huge save. Geronimo Ignatius struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Rubens Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marília AC. In the 58th minute Túlio Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Palestrinos F.C's Aníbal Dias to fire away a dangerous shot which Jacinto Loureiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
