Elias Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeferson Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes in the game, Jeferson Lucas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Elias Pombal having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Biriguy got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Dracena. Biriguy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Willian de Moraes scored to the left of an out of position Elias Pombal, making the score, 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Carlos Augusto Almeida notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Biriguy's Elias Pombal. Elias Pombal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Pombal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Bezerra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nelsinho Pinho came out and tried to block the shot, but Artur Bezerra slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 84th minute. A wasted opportunity for Só de Fula F.C.. 94 minutes into the game, one of Biriguy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dorian Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
