Luís Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 15 minutes into the match, xeretinha's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio Teles came free, but Luís Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Machado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dagoberto Souza went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 23 minutes of play, Burukster's Gunnar Skarkman made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Gunnar Skarkman sped through xeretinha's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luís Machado. In the 34th minute Dagoberto Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Laércio Teles made a precise shot to the right of Luís Machado. xeretinha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlindo Aguiar in the 40th minute of play forced xeretinha's goalkeeper Luís Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Burukster's Gunnar Skarkman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After some careless play in the xeretinha defense, Gunnar Skarkman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Machado. The xeretinha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Machado should have stopped the shot.

The crowd rose to their feet as Gunnar Skarkman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luís Machado. That made the score 0-11 in the 58 minute of play. 0-12 became the score in the 62nd minute when Gunnar Skarkman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Paulão Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored xeretinha's protests and gave Paulão Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Skarkman got free with Luís Machado in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Dagoberto Souza took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for Luís Machado to make any attempt to save it. 75 minutes into the match, Burukster's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Tavares came free, but Marthin Espenhain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th match minute, Burukster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Augusto da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Luís Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Skarkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Wilson Seco's late challenge caught a Burukster's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilson Seco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Wilson Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Machado stood somewhat misplaced when Gunnar Skarkman came free in front of goal and shot 0-14 to the left of him in the 80 minute. In the 83rd minute, Burukster's Dagoberto Souza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luís Machado. Luís Machado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-15. When Wilson Seco was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. In the 86th match minute, xeretinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Seco to maneuver through the defense. Laércio Teles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Machado having to interfere. xeretinha's Luís Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Souza in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Gunnar Skarkman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-16. Samuel da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
