With his leg Fabiano Pimenta managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Dynamo United's Caetano Mbappè fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 6th minute, Caetano Mbappè made a precise shot to the right of Fabiano Pimenta. Piaui's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When Dynamo United's Donato Borges in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piaui's goalie prevented a goal. 11 minutes into the match, Dynamo United's goal looked a bit too open when André Luís Castro came free, but Juan Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho de Barros in the 13th minute of play. Fabiano Pimenta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Borges went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 20th minute, Roberto Amaral made a precise shot to the right of Fabiano Pimenta. Piaui's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 24 played minutes Roberto Amaral rounded Piaui's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dynamo United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! Dynamo United:s Juan Marques showed great skill when he stopped Carlos Fernando de Brito:s penalty. André Luís Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Luís Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. Donato Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fabiano Pimenta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Dynamo United's Donato Borges ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabiano Pimenta. Fabiano Pimenta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-1. In the 46th minute, Maurinho Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardinho de Barros was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Piaui's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Borges came free, but Fabiano Pimenta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Pimenta came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Dynamo United's Caetano Mbappè. But to his dismay, Caetano Mbappè quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Bernardinho de Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Juan Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caetano Mbappè fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Pimenta having to interfere. Bernardinho de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Caetano Mbappè ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabiano Pimenta was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. 83 minutes into the match, Dynamo United's goalkeeper Juan Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Luís Castro. When Roberto Amaral came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Dynamo United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Amaral couldn't finish the play. Fabiano Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donato Borges took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabiano Pimenta. Fabiano Pimenta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. In the 90th minute, Donato Borges left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dynamo United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-1. 93 minutes into the match, Piaui's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Borges came free, but Fabiano Pimenta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Marques was a little too slow when Maurinho Magalhães got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 11-2.
