Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5738, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leopoldo Gerber kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Gil Valerón dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rui Liberato, 1-0. In the 9th minute, Alfa FC's Rubinho Aparecido ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rui Liberato. Rui Liberato yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubinho Aparecido in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rui Liberato saved Zahariz FC from getting behind. With his leg Rui Liberato managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Alfa FC's Gil Valerón fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rui Liberato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubinho Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17th play minutes Rubinho Aparecido shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Rui Liberato and just under the crossbar into goal. Edgar Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Rui Liberato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubinho Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gil Valerón got free with Rui Liberato in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 28 minutes, Edgar Guimarães mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zahariz FC and the Alfa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Zahariz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Guimarães to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil Valerón in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rui Liberato saved Zahariz FC from getting behind. In the 32nd minute Gabriel Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Liberato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute Leopoldo Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerald Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Liberato made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rubinho Aparecido in the 38th minute. Gabriel Figueiredo took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rui Liberato. Rui Liberato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 45th match minute, Zahariz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juarês Duarte to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Rubinho Aparecido's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rui Liberato was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Rui Liberato didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Figueiredo went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

In the 56th match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Passos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Alfa FC's Afonsinho Freire got a free kick in the 58th minute. Rui Liberato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Valerón in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Rubinho Aparecido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Zahariz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gil Valerón came free, but Rui Liberato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Liberato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubinho Aparecido in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Valerón in the 68th minute of play forced Zahariz FC's goalkeeper Rui Liberato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes Zahariz FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho Veiga. When Rubinho Aparecido fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alfa FC's protests and gave Rubinho Aparecido a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zahariz FC booed when Alfa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubinho Aparecido didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Gil Valerón. In the 74thth minute of the game Dráuzio Ramos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zahariz FC's Rui Liberato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rui Liberato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Valerón in the 75th minute of the match. Rui Liberato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil Valerón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rubinho Aparecido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zahariz FC's Rui Liberato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Valerón in the 79th minute of play. Gil Valerón made a great header on Alfa FC's corner, it was just that Zahariz FC's Rui Liberato managed to reach the ball for a save. Gil Valerón fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Liberato having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Gil Valerón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Liberato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Liberato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubinho Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute, Gil Valerón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Alfa FC fully deserved thier win.
