Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiago Goiano started the match with the kick off. Konstantin Ksirihi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmílson Veloso having to interfere. Régis Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Edmílson Veloso made a huge save. In the 13th minute Tiago Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toninho Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Goiano in the 18th minute of play forced Scarlet Metal FC's goalkeeper Toninho Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Régis Paiva came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Scarlet Metal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Régis Paiva couldn't finish the play. If Konstantin Ksirihi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Scarlet Metal FC's Edmílson Veloso threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Konstantin Ksirihi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the 30 de Fevereiro defense, Konstantin Ksirihi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmílson Veloso. The 30 de Fevereiro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmílson Veloso should have stopped the shot. When Scarlet Metal FC's Konstantin Ksirihi in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 30 de Fevereiro's goalie prevented a goal. Remo Pires blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toninho Lago having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in 30 de Fevereiro's zone, Konstantin Ksirihi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmílson Veloso came out of the goal and Konstantin Ksirihi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, 30 de Fevereiro's goalkeeper Edmílson Veloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Régis Paiva. 47 minutes into the match, 30 de Fevereiro's goal looked a bit too open when Konstantin Ksirihi came free, but Edmílson Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After having played for 51 minutes, Konstantin Ksirihi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scarlet Metal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konstantin Ksirihi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Konstantin Ksirihi scored 4-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmílson Veloso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the last second Toninho Lago throw himself and got hold of the ball when Abelardo Paiva in the 70thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Edmílson Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesinha Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Paiva in the 74th minute of play forced 30 de Fevereiro's goalkeeper Edmílson Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Sandro Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abelardo Paiva hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes Scarlet Metal FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Fernando Severo. Konstantin Ksirihi took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmílson Veloso. Edmílson Veloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Edmílson Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantin Ksirihi in the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th minute Konstantin Ksirihi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmílson Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to 30 de Fevereiro getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Evaristo Galvão hit a great ball. Scarlet Metal FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
