Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adalberto Severo got the match started through his kick off. Artur Bueno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Romero in the 2nd minute of the match. After 5 minutes Maracajau EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vicente Sabóia who took care of the corner kick. Artur Bueno came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Fausto Romero. But to his dismay, Fausto Romero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12thth minute of the game Fausto Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maracajau EC's Artur Bueno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vicente Sabóia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Artur Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Romero in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Bueno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18thth minute of the game Fausto Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maracajau EC's Artur Bueno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Vicente Sabóia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artur Bueno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 30th match minute, Coritiba Foot Ball Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Egoitz to maneuver through the defense. If Fausto Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 32nd minute, Fausto Romero made a precise shot to the right of Artur Bueno. Maracajau EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cauan Matorin got free with Alvaro Rudolfo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Evaristo Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Bueno having to interfere. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Fausto Romero got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Romero was the one to do the kick off. Evaristo Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Artur Bueno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coritiba Foot Ball Club. 56 minutes into the match, Daniel Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artur Bueno. Maracajau EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. If Marquez Padolles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Fausto Romero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Bueno was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Artur Bueno was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Evaristo Montenegro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Evaristo Montenegro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Fausto Romero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Bueno having to make a save. Maracajau EC's Artur Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Romero in the 67th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Artur Bueno threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fausto Romero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Coritiba Foot Ball Club fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Fausto Romero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Coritiba Foot Ball Club made a substitution. Walmir Teles replaced Marquez Padolles. Fausto Romero succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-10. When Fausto Romero came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Coritiba Foot Ball Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Romero couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Maracajau EC defense, Daniel Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Bueno. The Maracajau EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Bueno should have stopped the shot. After 92 minutes of play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Evaristo Montenegro made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Bueno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Evaristo Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Artur Bueno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coritiba Foot Ball Club. The Maracajau EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Coritiba Foot Ball Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
