If Luan Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rômulo Carvalho in the 97th minute of play forced Internacional's goalkeeper Odoy Pradhana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureliusz Jestrimski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Odoy Pradhana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Internacional were the better team. Internacional's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
