The crowd rose to their feet as Clube Atlético Paraense's Jardel Britto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Faustão Cosme. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. Nuno Rezende hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Tarcisio Pimentas short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Faustão Cosme to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jardel Britto got free with Faustão Cosme in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Jardel Britto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Atlético Paraense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 21st minute, Tarcisio Pimenta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Faustão Cosme. The goal made the score 4-0. If Mefodiy Sokolyanskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejandro Goycoa kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Paraense's goal looked a bit too open when Mefodiy Sokolyanskyi came free, but Eusébio Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustão Cosme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Britto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Valdemar Lima kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Faustão Cosme. That made the score 6-0 in the 44 minute of play. In the 47th match minute, leobravo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Amaral to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Valdemar Lima sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and leobravo's Faustão Cosme didn't even have to move. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mefodiy Sokolyanskyi made the kick off in the second half. Faustão Cosme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jardel Britto went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the game, José Novaes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Faustão Cosme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Faustão Cosme came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Atlético Paraense's Tarcisio Pimenta. But to his dismay, Tarcisio Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Britto in the 68th minute of play forced leobravo's goalkeeper Faustão Cosme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tarcisio Pimenta in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faustão Cosme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Rezende during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nuno Rezende kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Faustão Cosme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Lima in the 82nd minute of the match. Faustão Cosme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Britto, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Mefodiy Sokolyanskyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Eusébio Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Faustão Cosme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Novaes in the 88th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Nelsinho Brasil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. leobravo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clube Atlético Paraense the free kick. 92 minutes into the match, leobravo's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Lima came free, but Faustão Cosme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clube Atlético Paraense walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
