Laerte Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luan Campidelis in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the match SAVE THE PLANET got a corner. Acotea Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ferdinando Catucci ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led SAVE THE PLANET's Luan Campidelis to fire away a dangerous shot which Laerte Brito despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 19th minute SAVE THE PLANET were awarded a corner. Ferdinando Catucci went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 22ndth minute of the game Luan Campidelis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acotea Futebol Clube's Laerte Brito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laerte Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luan Campidelis in the 24th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luan Campidelis in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laerte Brito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Doni Mesquita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laerte Brito having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Fabiano Catarinense during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Acotea Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Luís Fabiano Catarinense hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Doni Mesquita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laerte Brito was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Doni Mesquita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laerte Brito having to make a save. In the 39th minute of the match Rosendo Chus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laerte Brito showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Giovani de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luan Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Rosendo Chus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laerte Brito. Acotea Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rosendo Chus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After the first half SAVE THE PLANET were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chiquinho Vander made a kick off. If Luan Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the game, SAVE THE PLANET's Doni Mesquita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laerte Brito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Rosendo Chus struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Laerte Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAVE THE PLANET. In the 59th minute, Luan Campidelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Fabiano Catarinense hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Luan Campidelis didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-6 via right post in the game's 61st minute. SAVE THE PLANET's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After a defensive mix-up in Acotea Futebol Clube's zone, Renārs Mandeiķis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laerte Brito came out of the goal and Renārs Mandeiķis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the game, Luan Campidelis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Laerte Brito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luan Bezerra during the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 87 minutes into the match, Luan Campidelis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Laerte Brito, 0-11. Luan Campidelis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laerte Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. With his leg Laerte Brito managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when SAVE THE PLANET's Luan Campidelis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luan Campidelis in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laerte Brito saved Acotea Futebol Clube from getting behind. If Rosendo Chus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the game, Rosendo Chus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Laerte Brito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 100 minutes, Luan Campidelis put it in 0-13 from a short distance just to the right of Laerte Brito.
