Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hipolito Paz in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Erik Langbråten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gralau's Erik Langbråten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Carlos Motta in the 21st minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Hipolito Paz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but As de Ouro's Samuca Lara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Nestor Koehler in the 47th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gralau's Gino Lima.

The wind increased when João Carlos Motta made the kick off in the second half. Samuca Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Paz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Nando Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hipolito Paz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Samuca Lara made a huge save. As de Ouro's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Hipolito Paz scored to the left of an out of position Samuca Lara, making the score, 0-4. In the 83rd minute, Hipolito Paz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hipolito Paz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuca Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. When Jorge Terra fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored As de Ouro's protests and gave Jorge Terra a yellow card for diving instead.
