Rui Luz in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After 87 played minutes Laranjais got a freekick which was hit by Germano Alagoano. After a defensive mix-up in Laranjais's zone, Reynaldo da Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelinho Tinoco came out of the goal and Reynaldo da Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Magoo BR's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
