Spectators: 7350 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 150) Rui Luz made the kick off and thus started the match. Rui Luz hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes Pacuri SS got a freekick which was hit by Nando Bertassi. Laranjais's Marcelinho Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Secco in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match Pacuri SS got a corner. Laranjais's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dênis Munhoz ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the game's 12th minute Pacuri SS's Dênis Munhoz took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Marcelinho Tinoco and thus the score was 0-1. Cido Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastião Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cido Lago in the 25th minute of play. With 30 minutes on the clock, Jânio Cruz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Marcelinho Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dênis Munhoz in the 31st minute of play. Marcelinho Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benê Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Laranjais's Marcelinho Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benê Vidal in the 37th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugênio Veiga during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute Pacuri SS were awarded a corner. Dênis Munhoz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Pacuri SS's Dênis Munhoz to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcelinho Tinoco despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The attack was good, but when Benê Vidal in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Sebastião Terra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinho Azevedo in the 47th minute. After the first half Pacuri SS were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Sebastião Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cido Lago in the 52nd minute of the match. After 53 played minutes Laranjais got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Dantas. Abel Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelinho Tinoco having to interfere. Abel Secco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Abel Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pacuri SS's Sebastião Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cido Lago in the 62nd minute of play. The corner led to Laranjais's Cipriano Dantas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Benê Vidal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Marcelinho Tinoco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nando Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pacuri SS's Nando Bertassi got a free kick in the 72nd minute. If Abel Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelinho Tinoco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel Secco's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Laranjais made a substitution. Radowit Dziewulski replaced Cipriano Dantas. 85 minutes into the match, Pacuri SS's goal looked a bit too open when Luo Zhen Chang came free, but Sebastião Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luo Zhen Chang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Terra having to interfere. Pacuri SS's Laércio Fernandes was substituted for Andriy Shevchenko. Marcelinho Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Secco in the 90th minute of play. Laranjais's Luo Zhen Chang got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pacuri SS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
