If Leonel Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovanni Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Guilherme da Silveira went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Amadeu Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Capixaba, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Consuelo had played much better football throughout.
