The tension between the Cães Vadios and the União da Mata players grew even worse after the yellow card. 8 minutes into the match, União da Mata's goal looked a bit too open when 毛飞宁 came free, but Bruninho Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Vítor Freire didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cauan Botelho went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When Cauan Botelho came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the União da Mata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauan Botelho couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Cães Vadios's João Vítor Freire got control of the ball when Cauan Botelho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiago de Salles made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cauan Botelho. 26 minutes into the match, Kristofer Sõnajalg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Vítor Freire. Cães Vadios's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kristofer Sõnajalg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristofer Sõnajalg got free with João Vítor Freire in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the game, Taavi Kaljo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. João Vítor Freire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. União da Mata's Afonsinho Campidelis pulled a muscle in his back after 39 minutes and couldn't finish the game. União da Mata's Romário Luz was substituted for Afonsinho Campidelis. In the 41st match minute, Cães Vadios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Secco to maneuver through the defense. Cães Vadios's João Vítor Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristofer Sõnajalg in the 42nd minute of play. João Vítor Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Botelho in the 44th minute of play. In the 47th minute of the match, Cauan Botelho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but João Vítor Freire saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristofer Sõnajalg to make the kick off. Cacá Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. União da Mata's Romário Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, União da Mata's Taavi Kaljo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Vítor Freire made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After some careless play in the Cães Vadios defense, Taavi Kaljo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Vítor Freire. The Cães Vadios fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Vítor Freire should have stopped the shot. João Vítor Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristofer Sõnajalg, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Cães Vadios getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Cacá Loureiro hit a great ball. After 70 minutes, Kristofer Sõnajalg made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cães Vadios's João Vítor Freire tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Cães Vadios fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Vítor Freire should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the União da Mata players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
