Jucuitiba's Luiz Guilherme Romero got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute of the match, Róbson Abreu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Guilherme Fonseca saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Guilherme Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbson Abreu in the 15th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Róbson Abreu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Guilherme Fonseca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Doriva Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asdrubal Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Michel Agüeros short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Guilherme Fonseca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Guilherme Fonseca stood somewhat misplaced when Michel Agüero came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 19 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Dede Guci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Dede Guci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doriva Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torbjörn Hellsing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva Figueiredo having to interfere. Doriva Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dede Guci in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, René Retes notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Jucuitiba's Doriva Figueiredo. Doriva Figueiredo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the match, Jucuitiba's goal looked a bit too open when Dede Guci came free, but Doriva Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Corinthos Manuela F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rino Gattuso hit a great ball. Torbjörn Hellsing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva Figueiredo having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torbjörn Hellsing made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Asdrubal Fernandes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Doriva Figueiredo. Asdrubal Fernandes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torbjörn Hellsing in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doriva Figueiredo saved Jucuitiba from getting behind. Doriva Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Hellsing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Michel Agüero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute Benjamim Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Asdrubal Fernandes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Doriva Figueiredo made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentín Laredo during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torbjörn Hellsing in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doriva Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 82 played minutes Jucuitiba got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Romero. After a defensive mix-up in Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s zone, Jonathan Galvão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guilherme Fonseca came out of the goal and Jonathan Galvão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dráuzio Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Guilherme Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Agüero in the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Jucuitiba were the better team. Jucuitiba's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
