Silvério Moraes's late challenge caught a Xanda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvério Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Xanda FC booed when Conde SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conde SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xanda FC the free kick. After 42 played minutes Conde SC got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Moreira. In the 43rd minute, Norberto da Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xanda FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After the first half Xanda FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Paulão Paes made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Conde SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Moreira to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Xanda FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jânio Baptista hit a great ball. Umberto Martins's late challenge caught a Conde SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Umberto Martins helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Conde SC booed when Xanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umberto Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Xanda FC's Diogo da Rocha got a free kick in the 77th minute. Matías Guedes hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. A collision led to Xanda FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Diogo da Rocha hit a great ball. Vânderson Mandrak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ian Melo. Xanda FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Norberto da Silva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Luiz Eduardo Tasso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Conde SC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Pedrão Fantini hit a great ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Renan Paes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xanda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renan Paes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulão Paes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
