After 11 minutes of play, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Dede Guci made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Eduardo Tasso was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Conde SC's Paulão Paes got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Torbjörn Hellsing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asdrubal Fernandess short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Luiz Eduardo Tasso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Conde SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. André Velasco was slow to take the kick. During this time Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in André Velasco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Conde SC's Luiz Eduardo Tasso did a great save. After 42 minutes Conde SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was André Velasco who took care of the corner kick. In the 44th minute, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Asdrubal Fernandes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luiz Eduardo Tasso. Luiz Eduardo Tasso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

Conde SC's Luiz Eduardo Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Hellsing in the 54th minute of play. When Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Dede Guci in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Luiz Eduardo Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Hellsing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Asdrubal Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Corinthos Manuela F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Asdrubal Fernandes couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Torbjörn Hellsing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Eduardo Tasso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s Guilherme Fonseca got control of the ball when Silvério Moraes tried to sneak it across the goal line.
