Nelsinho Valadares came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Laçador FC's Domonkos Pucheli. But to his dismay, Domonkos Pucheli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10thth minute of the game Falcão Baiano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nassan FC's Nelsinho Valadares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nassan FC's Nelsinho Valadares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domonkos Pucheli in the 11th minute of play. Chedi Cana struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Nelsinho Valadares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laçador FC. In the 17th minute, Cristian Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelsinho Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Abechuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Nelsinho Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Baiano in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Domonkos Pucheli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chedi Cana kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of Nassan FC booed when Laçador FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Sivori got free with Dieguinho Quintal in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nelsinho Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Nelsinho Valadares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chedi Cana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tadeu Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Laçador FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeu Nascimento couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio de Carvalho in the 37th minute of play forced Nassan FC's goalkeeper Nelsinho Valadares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Nassan FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Franco Tutorskiy hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nassan FC's zone, Falcão Baiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelsinho Valadares came out of the goal and Falcão Baiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wanderson Campidelis kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chedi Cana was the one to do the kick off. Dieguinho Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Sivori, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The supporters of Laçador FC booed when Nassan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Sivori didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chedi Cana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nelsinho Valadares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Falcão Baiano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 58 minute of play. Dieguinho Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Sivori in the 61st minute of play. Nelsinho Valadares stood somewhat misplaced when Chedi Cana came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 62 minute. Dieguinho Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Tutorskiy in the 66th minute of the match. Nelsinho Valadares came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Laçador FC's Falcão Baiano. But to his dismay, Falcão Baiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Nelsinho Valadares made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Chedi Cana sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Nassan FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Cristian Pontes hit a great ball. Chedi Cana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nelsinho Valadares came out and tried to block the shot, but Chedi Cana slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 83rd minute. Nelsinho Valadares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domonkos Pucheli's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Falcão Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Chedi Cana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laçador FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chedi Cana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelsinho Valadares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 96 in the game by Chedi Cana from a close distance when the talented Nelsinho Valadares managed to make a qualified save. Nassan FC's players were relieved. Laçador FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
