Percival Fontes charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Alcântara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dino Salgado. That made the score 4-0 in the 26 minute of play. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Amauri Rocha hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Alcântara in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dino Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Falcão Marques got free with Dino Salgado in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, Os LargadoS N.A.S.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Alcântara came free, but Dino Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Daniel Alcântara fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's protests and gave Daniel Alcântara a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Alcântara. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Claudinho Trancoso made the kick off in the second half. Dino Salgado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Alcântara's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Os LargadoS N.A.S.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Álvaro Ramalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rômulo de Almeida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Falcão Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Salgado having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Edgar Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the game, Daniel Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Dino Salgado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chicão Matos hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. If Falcão Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rômulo de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinho Trancoso in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Os LargadoS N.A.S. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
