Rayane Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Sarmento in the 8th minute of play. When Dário Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Matadores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dário Gerber couldn't finish the play. After 12 minutes of play, Matadores FC's Dário Gerber made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rayane Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rayane Rodrigues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nilton Fontes went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Gerson Bueno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matadores FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerson Bueno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rayane Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dário Gerber struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Rayane Rodrigues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matadores FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Erivaldo Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matadores FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erivaldo Moreno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rayane Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesinha de Carvalho came free, but Qu Bing Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rayane Rodrigues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Válbson Sarmento went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Válbson Sarmento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rayane Rodrigues having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Válbson Sarmento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rayane Rodrigues was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 40 minutes of play, Matadores FC's Dário Gerber made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rayane Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Clube Atlético Tubarão's zone, Válbson Sarmento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rayane Rodrigues came out of the goal and Válbson Sarmento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jerônimo Toscano to strike the kick off in the second half. Gerson Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Nilton Fontes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rayane Rodrigues. Nilton Fontes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Válbson Sarmento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matadores FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Válbson Sarmento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rayane Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 65 minutes, Dário Gerber made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Clube Atlético Tubarão's Rayane Rodrigues tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st match minute, Matadores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerson Bueno to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Matadores FC got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Zanette. Dário Gerber blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rayane Rodrigues having to make a save. Dário Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nilton Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rayane Rodrigues came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Matadores FC's Dito Paranaense. But to his dismay, Dito Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Dário Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Fernandes in the 96th minute of play forced Matadores FC's goalkeeper Qu Bing Cheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 98 minutes into the game, Nilton Fontes lined in a short shot 0-10 behind a frustrated Rayane Rodrigues. When the match was over Matadores FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Clube Atlético Tubarão throughout the match.
