Spectators: 7806 (Terracing: 5856, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 155) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Davi Vianna kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Telmo in the 5th minute of play forced Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Chaman Do Bonde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucca Gol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Václav Budka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute Monumento Sports were awarded a corner. Jorge Breckenfeld went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Lucca Gol almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vasconline's Václav Budka did a great save. Václav Budka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucca Gol in the 14th minute. With a little luck, Vasconline's Václav Budka got control of the ball when Lucca Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match Monumento Sports got a corner. Vasconline's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Breckenfeld ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lucca Gol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Monumento Sports's Lucca Gol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Václav Budka. Václav Budka yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 34thth minute of the game Davi Vianna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vasconline's Václav Budka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vitinho Braga scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chaman Do Bonde, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Davi Vianna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Václav Budka was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pawel Witkowski was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Umberto Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chaman Do Bonde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Monumento Sports's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pawel Witkowski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Chaman Do Bonde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Mangueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucca Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Monumento Sports were awarded a corner. Jorge Breckenfeld went to the cornerflag to take it. 77 minutes into the match, Pawel Witkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chaman Do Bonde. Monumento Sports's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pawel Witkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Monumento Sports made a substitution. Henrique Magalhães replaced Lucca Gol. Monumento Sports's Dieguinho Sá was substituted for Dênis Fantini. Václav Budka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 86th minute, Henrique Magalhães left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monumento Sports fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 89th minute, Umberto Mangueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Henrique Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
