Theodore Martyn started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Shamrock United's Lenílson Veloso got a free kick in the 7th minute. With a little luck, Shamrock United's Henrique Pires got control of the ball when Theodore Martyn tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sixsense FC's Pedro Sampaio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henrique Pires. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Sixsense FC defense, Valdomiro Nascimento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaute Fjellanger. The Sixsense FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaute Fjellanger should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Pedro Sampaio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Henrique Pires, 2-1. Henrique Pires was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Pedro Sampaio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pedro Sampaio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. In the 38th match minute, Shamrock United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Matos to maneuver through the defense. Henrique Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ner Haklai, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Eduardo Alvarenga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlos Eduardo Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaute Fjellanger having to interfere. Pedro Sampaio scored 4-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrique Pires, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, Thomás Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdomiro Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaute Fjellanger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Eduardo Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrique Pires didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ner Haklai went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 79 minutes, Valdomiro Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shamrock United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdomiro Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Shamrock United's goal looked a bit too open when Theodore Martyn came free, but Henrique Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Bruno Bruno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrique Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Sampaio in the 85th minute of play. Ner Haklai struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Henrique Pires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sixsense FC. Sixsense FC's Theodore Martyn got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Shamrock United's Valdomiro Nascimento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaute Fjellanger narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
