When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rustam Arsenievich made a kick off. Fabinho de Souza's late challenge caught a FLU ES fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabinho de Souza helped the player get up and apologised. Rustam Arsenievich could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Orlando Nascimento made a huge save. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Picles de Pepino's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Valdomiro Teixeira was slow to take the kick. During this time FLU ES fc's players had a chance to rest. Telmo Teixeira tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Orlando Nascimento. After 92 played minutes Picles de Pepino got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Seco. Orlando Nascimento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rustam Arsenievich in the 93rd minute. FLU ES fc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
