Walmyr de Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Virgílio Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind RapidZ's goalkeeper Stellan Bergqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Densill 叶挺 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Densill 叶挺 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Negrão Fogo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Densill 叶挺 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stellan Bergqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamílton Lopes in the 28th minute of play forced RapidZ's goalkeeper Stellan Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, RapidZ's Túlio Faria got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Negrão Fogo FC's Hamílton Lopes in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The RapidZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stellan Bergqvist should have stopped the shot. Hamílton Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stellan Bergqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jean Berger to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Densill 叶挺 in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stellan Bergqvist saved RapidZ from getting behind. RapidZ's Stellan Bergqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamílton Lopes in the 57th minute of play. After some careless play in the RapidZ defense, Hamílton Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stellan Bergqvist. In the 65th minute, Benê Hoffmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RapidZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After a rather tough play, RapidZ's Cacá Lendaa got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Jean Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Carlos Eduardo Secco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Hamílton Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th match minute, Negrão Fogo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Densill 叶挺 to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the game, Diguinho Freire was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RapidZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Negrão Fogo FC the free kick. Benê Hoffmann took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Eduardo Secco. Carlos Eduardo Secco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Hamílton Lopes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgílio Koehler in the 87th minute of play forced Negrão Fogo FC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Secco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Negrão Fogo FC's Densill 叶挺 was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Hamílton Lopes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Densill 叶挺's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Stellan Bergqvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
