In the 8th match minute, Quiroga F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton Cunha to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th match minute, Quiroga F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo Batista to maneuver through the defense. Elivélton Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Marques's late challenge caught a CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tony Marques helped the player get up and apologised. Quiroga F.C.'s Juninho Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuca Campidelis in the 29th minute of play. Abelardo Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Samuca Campidelis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuca Campidelis got free with Juninho Porto in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Joaquim Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Pinheiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juninho Porto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Samuca Campidelis took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Juninho Porto to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuca Campidelis to make the kick off. Juninho Porto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuca Campidelis went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 53rd minute, Abelardo Pinho had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Ye Yi Yi's late challenge caught a Quiroga F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 59th minute, Afonso Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Juninho Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes Quiroga F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dadá Massa. In the 68th match minute, Quiroga F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dadá Massa to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Samuca Campidelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juninho Porto. Quiroga F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuca Campidelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's Danilo Peres couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Quiroga F.C.. In the 87th minute, Afonso Marques ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juninho Porto was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. In the 89th minute Samuca Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quiroga F.C.'s Juninho Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuca Campidelis in the 92nd minute of play.
