The corner was taken by Ricardo Stenshøj in the 11th minute. If Zé Pedro Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Zé Pedro Baptista sped through Tortuga FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victor Tinoco. If Zé Pedro Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Pedro Baptista in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Tinoco saved Tortuga FC from getting behind. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tortuga FC! The goalkeeper, Victor Tinoco, was totally fooled by Real Cobrinha FR's Louie Fruekilde, who 26 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With his leg Victor Tinoco managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Real Cobrinha FR's Zé Pedro Baptista fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 34 minutes into the match, Real Cobrinha FR's goal looked a bit too open when Kimi Gordeenko came free, but Décio Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Glauco Ribeiro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Tortuga FC's Ediberto Oliveira quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Zé Pedro Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Victor Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When He Yang Wei came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tortuga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that He Yang Wei couldn't finish the play. In the 44th match minute, Real Cobrinha FR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louie Fruekilde to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isac Rolfsson was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Zé Pedro Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Pedro Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 53rd minute Zé Pedro Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kimi Gordeenko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Décio Rezende made a huge save. Zé Pedro Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Pedro Baptista might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victor Tinoco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Pedro Baptista ran back to his position shaking his head. Victor Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Pedro Baptista in the 71st minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Tortuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediberto Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. Tortuga FC's Genílson Torres was substituted for Kimi Gordeenko. Ediberto Oliveira hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Tortuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Baptista came free, but Victor Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Pedro Baptista struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Victor Tinoco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Cobrinha FR. Genílson Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Décio Rezende made a huge save. Décio Rezende made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genílson Torres in the 83rd minute. 91 minutes into the match, Real Cobrinha FR's goal looked a bit too open when Genílson Torres came free, but Décio Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Real Cobrinha FR players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
