Spectators: 7947 (Terracing: 5961, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) 13 minutes into the game, Barnaba Marud cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Zé Carlos Britto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zé Carlos Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abderraouf Moussaoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Barnaba Marud took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Carlos Britto. Zé Carlos Britto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Barnaba Marud sped through Pragmáticos 1903's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zé Carlos Britto. After 33 minutes of play, Paraná Clube PG's Abderraouf Moussaoui made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Carlos Britto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zé Carlos Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Rosa in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Paraná Clube PG were awarded a corner. Noel Quirino went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Barnaba Marud got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-7. 45 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute Abderraouf Moussaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Carlos Britto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Paraná Clube PG were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barnaba Marud to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedro Mazza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vito Furlan's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Pragmáticos 1903's Zé Carlos Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Marud in the 55th minute of play. Zé Carlos Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Marud in the 58th minute of play. Pedro Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Furlan in the 63rd minute of the match. Barnaba Marud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Zé Carlos Britto made a huge save. In the 69thth minute of the game Vito Furlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraná Clube PG's Pedro Mazza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Paraná Clube PG getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Abderraouf Moussaoui hit a great ball. Barnaba Marud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Zé Carlos Britto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Carlos Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abderraouf Moussaoui in the 76th minute of the match. Barnaba Marud succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 81st playminute. Paraná Clube PG's André Luiz Fonseca was substituted for André Luís Machado. Barnaba Marud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Zé Carlos Britto made a huge save. After 91 minutes Pragmáticos 1903's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mazinho Valadares who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barnaba Marud in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Carlos Britto saved Pragmáticos 1903 from getting behind. In the 94th minute of the match Paraná Clube PG got a corner. Pragmáticos 1903's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mazinho Valadares ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Angelo Gaspar heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Paraná Clube PG's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
