Pragmáticos 1903's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraná Clube PG the free kick. The supporters of Paraná Clube PG booed when Pragmáticos 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thierry Henry didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pragmáticos 1903's zone, Noel Quirino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Carlos Britto came out of the goal and Noel Quirino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barnaba Marud received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Carlos Britto came out and tried to block the shot, but Barnaba Marud slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Zé Carlos Britto was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Barnaba Marud capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Barnaba Marud really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Barnaba Marud took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Zé Carlos Britto to make any attempt to save it. Pragmáticos 1903's Zé Carlos Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abderraouf Moussaoui in the 20th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Pragmáticos 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Renato de Azevedo. With a little luck, Pragmáticos 1903's Zé Carlos Britto got control of the ball when Barnaba Marud tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Carlos Britto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abderraouf Moussaoui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th match minute, Pragmáticos 1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim de Lara to maneuver through the defense. Zé Carlos Britto came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraná Clube PG's Abderraouf Moussaoui. But to his dismay, Abderraouf Moussaoui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. With a little luck, Pragmáticos 1903's Zé Carlos Britto got control of the ball when Barnaba Marud tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abderraouf Moussaoui in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Carlos Britto prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

After a defensive mix-up in Pragmáticos 1903's zone, Mazinho Valadares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Carlos Britto came out of the goal and Mazinho Valadares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnaba Marud in the 57th minute of play forced Pragmáticos 1903's goalkeeper Zé Carlos Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Barnaba Marud made a precise shot to the right of Zé Carlos Britto. Pragmáticos 1903's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Zé Carlos Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnaba Marud in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rdth minute of the game Abderraouf Moussaoui who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pragmáticos 1903's Zé Carlos Britto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pragmáticos 1903's Zé Carlos Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernani Rosa in the 66th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Pragmáticos 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Tião Maia. Zé Carlos Britto came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraná Clube PG's Barnaba Marud. But to his dismay, Barnaba Marud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 72nd minute, Renato de Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernani Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Britto having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Luiz Eduardo Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paraná Clube PG made a substitution. André Luiz Fonseca replaced André Luís Machado. After 87 played minutes Pragmáticos 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Alves. Paraná Clube PG made a substitution. Zé Castro replaced Abderraouf Moussaoui. 90 minutes into the match, Pragmáticos 1903's goal looked a bit too open when Mazinho Valadares came free, but Zé Carlos Britto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Carlos Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnaba Marud in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Zé Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Carlos Britto was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. 95 minutes into the match, Barnaba Marud notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Pragmáticos 1903's Zé Carlos Britto. Zé Carlos Britto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Paraná Clube PG had played much better football throughout.
