Benê Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John-Paul Pras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of 20 DE SETEMBRO's goalie and right to Márcio Seabra. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. 20 DE SETEMBRO's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The crowd rose to their feet as John-Paul Pras kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benê Goiano. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Fabián Nesta kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Emil Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the game, John-Paul Pras recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benê Goiano. John-Paul Pras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 29th minute Maurinho Tróia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dé Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John-Paul Pras in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benê Goiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 46 minutes into the match, Canarinho Atordoado's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Forsberg came free, but Dé Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Emil Forsberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Dé Mello to make any attempt to save it. Dé Mello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kaspar Aasmaa in the 58th minute. Canarinho Atordoado's Dé Mello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Canarinho Atordoado from getting a goal against them. Mai Yu Yang hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Márcio Seabra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benê Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Maurinho Tróia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute of the match 20 DE SETEMBRO got a corner. Canarinho Atordoado's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emílio Diniz ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Maurinho Tróia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a rather tough play, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Mai Yu Yang got a free kick in the 71st minute. When Márcio Seabra came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Canarinho Atordoado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Márcio Seabra couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márcio Seabra in the 73rd minute of play forced 20 DE SETEMBRO's goalkeeper Benê Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benê Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Seabra in the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th match minute, Canarinho Atordoado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor de Salles to maneuver through the defense. Benê Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márcio Seabra, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 81st match minute, 20 DE SETEMBRO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Benê Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Seabra in the 82nd minute of play. Dé Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th match minute, 20 DE SETEMBRO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erivaldo Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Benê Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pontus Ligers in the 87th minute of the match. Benê Goiano came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Canarinho Atordoado's Pontus Ligers. But to his dismay, Pontus Ligers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Canarinho Atordoado fans cheered their team off the field, for while 20 DE SETEMBRO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
