Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 顾寒森 in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hilbert Thormar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of São Salvador booed when Laranja Mecatrônica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 顾寒森 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When 顾寒森 came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the São Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 顾寒森 couldn't finish the play. Hilbert Thormar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 顾寒森's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. If 顾寒森 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilbert Thormar was a little too slow when 顾寒森 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-4. Hilbert Thormar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Dieguinho Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vânderson Vianna in the 65th minute of play. Hilbert Thormar made an important save on a dangerous shot by 顾寒森 in the 66th minute. If Jasmin Jambrešić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that 顾寒森's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hilbert Thormar was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 顾寒森 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Hilbert Thormar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 顾寒森 went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Jasmin Jambrešić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilbert Thormar having to interfere. The Laranja Mecatrônica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. São Salvador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
