With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márcio Seabra in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hilbert Thormar saved Laranja Mecatrônica from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Márcio Seabra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Laranja Mecatrônica's Hilbert Thormar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pontus Ligers in the 27th minute of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Márcio Seabra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laranja Mecatrônica's Hilbert Thormar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute of the match Pontus Ligers shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilbert Thormar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Márcio Seabra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hilbert Thormar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
