It was a well-played corner which Diamantino Arruda managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After some careless play in the Skull Sport F.C defense, Luiz Paulo Brasil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Astrada. The Skull Sport F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Astrada should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Perez in the 24th minute of play forced Intendencia AD's goalkeeper Dráusio Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Skull Sport F.C's Alexandre Perez got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Paulo Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Paulo Brasil in the 36th minute of play forced Skull Sport F.C's goalkeeper Reynaldo Astrada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Paulo Brasil scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reynaldo Astrada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Paulo Brasil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Astrada having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Paulo Brasil in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reynaldo Astrada saved Skull Sport F.C from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, Intendencia AD's goal looked a bit too open when João Augusto Barral came free, but Dráusio Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Dráusio Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Augusto Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 57 minutes Intendencia AD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raimundo da Silveira who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Skull Sport F.C's Raimundo da Silveira to fire away a dangerous shot which Dráusio Tróia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Reynaldo Astrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Brasil in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Intendencia AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulão de Souza to maneuver through the defense. Intendencia AD's Georg Termander got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If João Augusto Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the game, Bulut Ramos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Intendencia AD's Pedro Luís Ferraz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Georg Termander in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Reynaldo Astrada, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Reynaldo Astrada didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Georg Termander went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Georg Termander took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Reynaldo Astrada to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Augusto Barral in the 88th minute of play forced Intendencia AD's goalkeeper Dráusio Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, João Augusto Barral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skull Sport F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Intendencia AD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
