In the 14th minute Nixon Richard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Alan Campbell was substituted for Zézinho Pinho. After 21 minutes of play, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Stanislaw Kasprzykowski made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Percy Paiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stanislaw Kasprzykowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. C.'s Percy Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislaw Kasprzykowski in the 26th minute of play. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Stanislaw Kasprzykowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Damiano Colantonio in the 37 minute of the game. João Carlos Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nixon Richard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damiano Colantonio kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The Barões F. C. fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Barões F. C.'s Nixon Richard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nixon Richard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the last second João Carlos Viana throw himself and got hold of the ball when Luiz Fábio Souto in the 54thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 56th minute of the match Barões F. C. got a corner. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Despite this João Carlos Viana quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of TRICOSHOW F.CLUB booed when Barões F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damiano Colantonio didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Linus Thanner was slow to take the kick. During this time TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's players had a chance to rest. The audience was convinced that Stanislaw Kasprzykowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Percy Paiva was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nixon Richard in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Carlos Viana saved TRICOSHOW F.CLUB from getting behind. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nixon Richard might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Carlos Viana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nixon Richard ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Pistolelis in the 95th minute of play forced TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper João Carlos Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Barões F. C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for TRICOSHOW F.CLUB.
