In the 3rd minute, Rüknettin Şahin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Desportivo Coala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ahti Isu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuri Djorkaeff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes, Desportivo Coala's João Francisco Fontes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jânio Palmeira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Desportivo Coala reached it. Taura Cupincha-U18's Jânio Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rüknettin Şahin in the 13th minute of play. Jânio Palmeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rüknettin Şahin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desportivo Coala's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vito Dias in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Taura Cupincha-U18's Válter Tróia got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Vito Dias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jânio Palmeira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rüknettin Şahin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio Palmeira having to interfere. Taura Cupincha-U18's Jânio Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rüknettin Şahin in the 23rd minute of play. Rüknettin Şahin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jânio Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jânio Palmeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rüknettin Şahin went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jânio Palmeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rüknettin Şahin, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Rüknettin Şahin took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jânio Palmeira. Jânio Palmeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Rüknettin Şahin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Taura Cupincha-U18's goal looked a bit too open when Rüknettin Şahin came free, but Jânio Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jânio Palmeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rüknettin Şahin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Desportivo Coala were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th minute, Desportivo Coala's Rüknettin Şahin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Rüknettin Şahin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Jânio Palmeira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Flavinho Breckenfeld hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Taura Cupincha-U18's Faustão Lima was substituted for Válter Tróia. 61 minutes into the match, Taura Cupincha-U18's goal looked a bit too open when Vito Dias came free, but Jânio Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Breno Donato's late challenge caught a Taura Cupincha-U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Breno Donato helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Desportivo Coala's Breno Donato got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute of the match Caco Lira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahti Isu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rüknettin Şahin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jânio Palmeira stood somewhat misplaced when Rüknettin Şahin came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 67 minute. When Ivo Massa fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taura Cupincha-U18's protests and gave Ivo Massa a yellow card for diving instead. 72 minutes into the match, Taura Cupincha-U18's goal looked a bit too open when Vito Dias came free, but Jânio Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 73 minutes, Rüknettin Şahin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desportivo Coala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rüknettin Şahin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rüknettin Şahin might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jânio Palmeira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rüknettin Şahin ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rüknettin Şahin got free with Jânio Palmeira in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the match, Taura Cupincha-U18's goalkeeper Jânio Palmeira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rüknettin Şahin. Jânio Palmeira was a little too slow when Rüknettin Şahin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-6. Rüknettin Şahin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jânio Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vito Dias shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 96th minute, Fabiano Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Taura Cupincha-U18 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Desportivo Coala were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
