In the 76th minute Brian Finnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ott Uluk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florin Acevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Wambalamba FC were awarded a corner. Brian Finnman went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee ignored Clube Atletico Alagoano's protests and gave Joel Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Clube Atletico Alagoano eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
