An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Augusto Vasconcelos in the 3rd minute of play forced ARS FUTEBOL's goalkeeper Wilian Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Augusto Vasconcelos was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Wilian Bueno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arvid Treiner in the 6th minute. In the 12th minute, Carlos Augusto Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicanor Avellaneda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carlos Eduardo Aparecido. Fielzão's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. ARS FUTEBOL's Wilian Bueno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save ARS FUTEBOL from getting a goal against them. ARS FUTEBOL's Wilian Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Augusto Vasconcelos in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute Dudu de Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Aparecido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arvid Treiner got free with Wilian Bueno in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the game, Carlos Augusto Vasconcelos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fielzão's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARS FUTEBOL the free kick. Carlos Augusto Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Wilian Bueno came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Fielzão's Arvid Treiner. But to his dismay, Arvid Treiner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Douglas Vides hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dudu de Queiroz in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Eduardo Aparecido prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

ARS FUTEBOL made a substitution. Sebastião do Valle replaced Dudu de Queiroz. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastião do Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Rogério Negri came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Fielzão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogério Negri couldn't finish the play. Edgard Mendes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Carlos Eduardo Aparecido skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastião do Valle in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Eduardo Aparecido saved Fielzão from getting behind. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Alex Pogba put in a rough tackle. Alex Pogba hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the ARS FUTEBOL defense, Carlos Augusto Vasconcelos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilian Bueno. The ARS FUTEBOL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilian Bueno should have stopped the shot. Carlos Eduardo Aparecido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Avellaneda in the 74th minute. Carlos Augusto Vasconcelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilian Bueno having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ARS FUTEBOL's Qu Di Yu got a free kick in the 85th minute. ARS FUTEBOL's Qu Di Yu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carlos Eduardo Aparecido but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, ARS FUTEBOL's Nicanor Avellaneda got a free kick in the 94th minute. Trayan Dafinov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilian Bueno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
