In the 10th match minute, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xande Campbell to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Montenegro came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Renato Augusto. But to his dismay, Renato Augusto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 25 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ludomil Ziomkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tjark Heerdt. Ludomil Ziomkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tjark Heerdt in the 38th minute. When Tjark Heerdt fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RÖK's protests and gave Tjark Heerdt a yellow card for diving instead. Tjark Heerdt kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Renato Augusto made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Jarrett Hogan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ludomil Ziomkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tjark Heerdt, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Anselmo Mandrak made in the 60th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tjark Heerdt. After 66 played minutes CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Geromel. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein was substituted for Ulryk Huk. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Breno Torres was substituted for Renato Augusto. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Gustavo da Silva was substituted for Pedro Geromel. A collision led to CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Pedro Geromel hit a great ball. Ludomil Ziomkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tjark Heerdt went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 75 minutes, Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. RÖK's Carlos Montenegro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. RÖK made a substitution. Uffe Outzing replaced Charles Laguna. In the 80th minute Breno Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Breno Torres recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlos Montenegro. Breno Torres showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. RÖK's Carlos Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save RÖK from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Breno Torres got free with Carlos Montenegro in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Breno Torres in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Montenegro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emanuele Bertoni hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
