After 6 played minutes TEIXEIRINHA FC got a freekick which was hit by José Maria Ceresso. In the 8th minute, Lúcio Catarinense made a precise shot to the right of Doni das Neves. TEIXEIRINHA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteban Gentza in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matheus Munhoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute TEIXEIRINHA FC were awarded a corner. Ever Banega went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to TEIXEIRINHA FC's Fred Finsberg getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 15 minutes into the match, TEIXEIRINHA FC's Fred Finsberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matheus Munhoz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Doni das Neves was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Lúcio Catarinense capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lúcio Catarinense really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of TEIXEIRINHA FC booed when CRISDIELDAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aírton Abreu in the 43rd minute of play forced CRISDIELDAN's goalkeeper Matheus Munhoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the CRISDIELDAN defense, Aírton Abreu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matheus Munhoz. The CRISDIELDAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matheus Munhoz should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marquinhos Leme to make the kick off. Marquinhos Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni das Neves having to interfere. TEIXEIRINHA FC's Doni das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Leme in the 69th minute of play. Doni das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquinhos Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Doni das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Leme in the 80th minute of the match. Esteban Gentza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Matheus Munhoz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 92 minutes into the match, CRISDIELDAN's goalkeeper Matheus Munhoz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Esteban Gentza. CRISDIELDAN's Matheus Munhoz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save CRISDIELDAN from getting a goal against them. Ike Turner's late challenge caught a TEIXEIRINHA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ike Turner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, CRISDIELDAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ike Turner to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over TEIXEIRINHA FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CRISDIELDAN throughout the match.
