An unexpectedly hard shot by You Wei Xing in the 8th minute of play forced ALTHENTIC F.C's goalkeeper Mila Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Red Bull Magnus fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Red Bull Magnus's Richard Hefter looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mila Gröhe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Hefter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A very nice done corner allowed Luisão Negri to score against Mila Gröhe in ALTHENTIC F.C's goal. 0-2 after 25 minutes. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rio Arrascaeta got free with Cláudio Bittencourt in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cláudio Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinei Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisão Negri in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mila Gröhe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th match minute, Red Bull Magnus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisão Negri to maneuver through the defense. ALTHENTIC F.C's Tor-Henrik Vika shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 41st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cláudio Bittencourt but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Red Bull Magnus's Cláudio Bittencourt got control of the ball when Rio Arrascaeta tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th minute Ove Odeen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ove Odeen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Marthen de Bruin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Bull Magnus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ALTHENTIC F.C the free kick. The supporters of ALTHENTIC F.C booed when Red Bull Magnus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marthen de Bruin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Claudinei Xavier sped through Red Bull Magnus's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cláudio Bittencourt. Red Bull Magnus made a substitution. Emílio Pernambucano replaced Luisão Negri. Red Bull Magnus made a substitution. Bass Dost replaced Leo de Carvalho. But to his dismay, Bass Dost quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Rio Arrascaeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Odeen in the 85th minute of play forced Red Bull Magnus's goalkeeper Cláudio Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Red Bull Magnus's Cláudio Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Arrascaeta in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Magnus's Richard Hefter got a free kick in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the match, Red Bull Magnus's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Xavier came free, but Cláudio Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see ALTHENTIC F.C lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
