An unexpectedly hard shot by Dendi Ishutin in the 7th minute of play forced ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodriguinho Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dendi Ishutin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gu Zhan Cheng kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Gustavo Scarpa hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. In the 18thth minute of the game Deilmison van Basten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Octavian Jähnigen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 19 minutes IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Feng Ting Chong who took care of the corner kick. Betão Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dendi Ishutin in the 21st minute of play. Betão Marquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Octavian Jähnigen made a huge save. In the 25th minute, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Deilmison van Basten dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Deilmison van Basten sped through IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Octavian Jähnigen. 31 minutes into the game, one of ATHLETICO PRaiano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rodriguinho Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Scarpa in the 35th minute of play. Unax Mudarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Octavian Jähnigen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deilmison van Basten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Deilmison van Basten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octavian Jähnigen was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. ATHLETICO PRaiano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Feng Ting Chong in the 49th minute. A nice corner shot did that Feng Ting Chong got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Octavian Jähnigen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Deilmison van Basten made the kick off in the second half. Octavian Jähnigen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dendi Ishutin got free with Rodriguinho Sousa in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the match, IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s goal looked a bit too open when Feng Ting Chong came free, but Octavian Jähnigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 minutes of play, IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Dendi Ishutin made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodriguinho Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 67 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Scarpa. Octavian Jähnigen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 68th minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡! Deilmison van Basten shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After some careless play in the IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ defense, Deilmison van Basten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Octavian Jähnigen. The IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octavian Jähnigen should have stopped the shot. Deilmison van Basten might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavian Jähnigen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Deilmison van Basten ran back to his position shaking his head. ATHLETICO PRaiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Feng Ting Chong was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavian Jähnigen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
