The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Vilas Boas got free with Daniel Anaya in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8thth minute of the game Ezequiel Pereira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Straedelburgh's Aderbal Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led Lobo Guará's Willian Caca-Rato to fire away a dangerous shot which Aderbal Santos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Daniel Anaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Vilas Boas in the 14th minute of the match. After 15 minutes Lobo Guará's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emanuel Tome who took care of the corner kick. Sílvio Ferrão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Daniel Anaya made a huge save. Marcos Vilas Boas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Anaya having to interfere. Lobo Guará's Daniel Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Madureira in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Lobo Guará's Daniel Anaya got control of the ball when Narciso Madureira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Vilas Boas, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Pereira in the 43rd minute of play forced Straedelburgh's goalkeeper Aderbal Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cain Velasquez kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Straedelburgh's Emanuel Tome in action when he in the 48th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In a very dangerous position, a player in Lobo Guará fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! After 55 played minutes, Straedelburgh's Marcos Vilas Boas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Anaya came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Straedelburgh reached it. In the 58th minute Narciso Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Anaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aderbal Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gunnar Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Straedelburgh's Karl-Michael Helström was substituted for Narciso Madureira. After a rather tough play, Straedelburgh's Gunnar Björklund got a free kick in the 65th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Lobo Guará's Willian Caca-Rato tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Lobo Guará's Nando Barbosa got a free kick in the 69th minute. Aderbal Santos was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Ezequiel Pereira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ezequiel Pereira really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Daniel Anaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Ferrão in the 79th minute of play. Daniel Anaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Helström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Ciro de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aderbal Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 played minutes Lobo Guará got a freekick which was hit by Ciro de Moraes. Lobo Guará's Daniel Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Ferrão in the 91st minute of play. Aderbal Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro de Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro de Moraes in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aderbal Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Vilas Boas during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Lobo Guará players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
