Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marquinhos Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. Marquinhos Santos took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Róbert Baggio. Róbert Baggio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 8th match minute, Carrapichel - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Dias to maneuver through the defense. Santiago Eriksen, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Acácio Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarbas Quadros having to interfere. After having played for 14 minutes, Marquinhos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PREZULO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marquinhos Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute Marquinhos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Baggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Róbert Baggio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marquinhos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marquinhos Santos in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Róbert Baggio saved Carrapichel - FDFDF from getting behind. Carrapichel - FDFDF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Marquinhos Santos scored to the left of an out of position Róbert Baggio, making the score, 2-0. If Marquinhos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Róbert Baggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Santos in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Marquinhos Santos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PREZULO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Marquinhos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Róbert Baggio made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Marquinhos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. PREZULO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marquinhos Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Róbert Baggio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Váldson Alagoano made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by João Carlos de Azevedo. After 45 minutes of play, PREZULO FC's Marquinhos Santos made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Róbert Baggio was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Marquinhos Santos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Róbert Baggio. Carrapichel - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marquinhos Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Santos in the 60th minute of play forced Carrapichel - FDFDF's goalkeeper Róbert Baggio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marquinhos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Róbert Baggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Santos in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes in the game Rogério Alcântara did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to João Carlos de Azevedo. 65 minutes into the match, Marquinhos Santos notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Carrapichel - FDFDF's Róbert Baggio. Róbert Baggio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. PREZULO FC's Isaac Ferreira was substituted for Santiago Eriksen. Róbert Baggio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Jaunzuria went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Róbert Baggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão de Brito in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, PREZULO FC's Marquinhos Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Róbert Baggio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Róbert Baggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Santos in the 81st minute of the match. Róbert Baggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betão de Brito in the 83rd minute of play. Jarbas Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel de Barros in the 93rd minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, PREZULO FC's Marquinhos Santos made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Róbert Baggio was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that PREZULO FC were the better team. PREZULO FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
