With an all-out effort, La Dolfina F.C's Guaberto Tebaldo threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Augusto Larra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aquiles Tximitx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Rocendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Arne Bengtsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Dolfina F.C's Aquiles Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Rocendo in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to La Dolfina F.C getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jaime Filipo hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, La Dolfina F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Bengtsson came free, but Aquiles Tximitx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Malvinas Argentinas defense, Leandro Baristo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guaberto Tebaldo. The Malvinas Argentinas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guaberto Tebaldo should have stopped the shot. If Rosendo Rocendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Rosendo Rocendo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Arne Bengtsson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of La Dolfina F.C's Aquiles Tximitx. Aquiles Tximitx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fadıl Cevan kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Guido Dabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Arne Bengtsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rosendo Rocendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arne Bengtsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Tximitx having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 59th minute, Arne Bengtsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rosendo Rocendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, La Dolfina F.C's Aquiles Tximitx got control of the ball when Arne Bengtsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guaberto Tebaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Jorrin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 played minutes Malvinas Argentinas got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Matro. In the 82nd minute, Malvinas Argentinas's Rosendo Rocendo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aquiles Tximitx. Aquiles Tximitx yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Arne Bengtsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Aquiles Tximitx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Rosendo Rocendo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malvinas Argentinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Rocendo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guaberto Tebaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Jorrin, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Augusto Larra might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guaberto Tebaldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augusto Larra ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 99th minute Leandro Baristo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Tebaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The La Dolfina F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Malvinas Argentinas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
