In the 14th minute, RCTM FC.'s Amancio Paez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Amancio Paez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of RCTM FC. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Amancio Paez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 15 played minutes RCTM FC. got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Paez. After 25 played minutes Gheorghe Ibrișin rounded Relámpago FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 28th minute, Gheorghe Ibrișin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cecilio Maule during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Relámpago FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Maule to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Mazuste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gheorghe Ibrișin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 35 played minutes RCTM FC. got a freekick which was hit by Javier Ciano. Gheorghe Ibrișin took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Mazuste. Bernardo Mazuste dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gheorghe Ibrișin to strike the kick off in the second half. After 62 played minutes, RCTM FC.'s Abel Furman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardo Mazuste came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in RCTM FC. reached it. Abel Sergi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Porfiro in the 63rd minute. Abel Sergi made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Teofilo Porfiro sent off a good shot on target. Gheorghe Ibrișin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Mazuste having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Relámpago FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Basualdo. Gheorghe Ibrișin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Bernardo Mazuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. RCTM FC.'s Gheorghe Ibrișin got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Serafin Mendiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of RCTM FC. booed when Relámpago FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Porfiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute Gheorghe Ibrișin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Mazuste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Relámpago FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Serafin Mendiko hit a great ball. Gheorghe Ibrișin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gheorghe Ibrișin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Mazuste having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the RCTM FC. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
