The crowd rose to their feet as Tadeo Ovando kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Federico Jesco. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Jonathan Gentza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Federico Jesco made a huge save. Federico Jesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Berart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Cosme Berart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Jesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Jesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Berart, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Yacuchirí's goalkeeper Federico Jesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Aurken. Desiderio Aurken made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 21stth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Federico Jesco would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Federico Jesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Desiderio Aurken in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Desiderio Aurken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Jesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Tadeo Ovando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cacique FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Ovando in the 35th minute of play forced Yacuchirí's goalkeeper Federico Jesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Jonathan Gentza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Federico Jesco. Jonathan Gentza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 40th minute, Jonathan Gentza made a precise shot to the right of Federico Jesco. Yacuchirí's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Yacuchirí's attentive Eulalio Luzaide managed to snatch the ball when Fabricio Cresenciano made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Desiderio Aurken to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Yacuchirí booed when Cacique FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federico Jesco came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Cacique FC's Cosme Berart. But to his dismay, Cosme Berart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Felix Maurin struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Alvaro Txartiko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yacuchirí. After a defensive mix-up in Yacuchirí's zone, Cosme Berart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Jesco came out of the goal and Cosme Berart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yacuchirí's Federico Jesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Berart in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Aurken in the 70th minute of play forced Yacuchirí's goalkeeper Federico Jesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74thth minute of the game Cosme Berart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yacuchirí's Federico Jesco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute, Desiderio Aurken made a precise shot to the right of Federico Jesco. Yacuchirí's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Federico Jesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Aurken in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Yacuchirí's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Aurken came free, but Federico Jesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Yacuchirí defense, Jonathan Gentza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Jesco. The Yacuchirí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Jesco should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the game, Cosme Berart cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Federico Jesco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
